They also have done multiple follow ups with me after my purchase to make sure that I’m doing ok, and loving my new Harley. Who does that?!? Legacy does! I dropped a lot of money on upgrades with the parts dept. Nate ( Parts) dealt with me over the phone for over a week to get the parts I needed. He made sure to stay in communication with me and got me everything I needed in a very quick time frame. The guy is a champ. Eric in service booked 2 separate services for my Harley. He said “when do you want them booked” I told him the dates and times, and he made it work. Other dealerships make you work on their schedule. Eric in service worked around my schedule. I was in a hurry and had another appointment, so I really didn't have time to look around like I wanted to. Plan on returning real soon and taking my time to thoroughly check the place out. After the reveal show,I had to have the new Raven metallic CVO Road Glide St. John and Clint informed me that they had a white one scheduled for delivery in a few weeks but my heart was set on the Raven. The next day, they called with good news - they located a Raven Metallic CVO but it was good distance away. They went and got the bike I wanted; Clint & John stayed in touch keeping me informed and I was blown away by their awesome customer service at Legacy HD.
