I was passing through middle of June 2021 on a 2400 mile plus trip on a new to me Harley I purchased near NY. I was having what I though could be a battery / charging issue. Eric took me right in,popped the seat, found a loose terminal, tightened her down, showed me something I didnt know about the bike and got me out to the road again! I did manage to stay and buy some things though! This dealer KNOWS customer support isn't just for their customers, but the product line. My trip was worry free after that!
